Detailed Responsibilities

  • Inform customers of current promotions, events, products and services.
  • Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of the skin care products sold by Lüi.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Lüi products.
  • Be able to acquire new customers and expected to consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Website and Social Media Administrator


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Website Administrator to join our team.

Summary of role

  • Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions).
  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
  • Maintain and update the Online Marketing Plan on the website.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.


  • Male/Female age 23-30 years.
  • Willing to work in Central Jakarta.

Key Experience and Skills

  • Experience of a web administration role – ecommerce or an online retailer would be advantageous.
  • Strong IT literacy essential and understanding of basic web technologies (SEO, FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files, CSS), e-commerce CMS, Office Software and Social Media.
  • Knowledge and experience with Photoshop/illustrator.
  • Attention to detail, strong administration/data entry and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal) Bahasa and English.

Detailed responsibilities


  • Update product information and content on the website.
  • Create effective product listings, banners, images, promotions etc for display on the website (using apps like Photoshop).
  • Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management).
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising.
  • Scope and document ongoing website functional projects/improvements.
  • Test and deploy functional projects /improvements.
  • Liaise with e-commerce agency regarding the day to day management of the website.
  • Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website.
  • Liaising with customers via email/telephone and resolving any issues.
  • Manage, develop and implement a social media strategy for sites such a Facebook, Instagram, Path, Twitter, and You Tube.
  • Working to deadlines for a variety of different tasks and priorities.
  • General assistance with other daily tasks when required.


  • Understand and develop sources of traffic & the factors that influence it such as email, SEO, social media, catalogues etc.
  • Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns.
  • Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement.
  • Daily maintenance and accurate stock management on all selling platforms.
  • Creating and managing promotions and sale events to drive online sales.
  • Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders.
  • Produce reports to analyse the performance of all Online Marketing Campaign and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc).


  • To meet and exceed all agreed performance objectives (sales, conversions, engagement).
  • Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet internal service levels for website activity and management.
  • Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business.
