You dont have to. But, we strongly advised you to create an account just to make it easier for you not to have to retype your address everytime you want to purchase our products.

IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

ARE THE ITEMS ALL READY STOCK ?

Yes, All items are ready stock and ready to ship

CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately you can’t, because once you checkout the order is recorded. So,you may make a new order again.

I ALREADY MAKE THE PAYMENT, BUT I FORGOT TO CONFIRM IT. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN?

We can’t process the order without your confirmation. So, Please keep in mind to tell us once you made your payment.

HOW LONG IS THE ORDER TO BE PROCESS AFTER PAYMENT?

Once you make order and the payment is confirm. We will send the items in the next day to our logistic services partner.

I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER STATUS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW I TRACK MY ORDER?

Find the “Tracking Order” and put the airwaybill number to receive the info.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND IT HAVE DEFECT ON IT. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
